Frances Seifert (Lemmerick) passed away peacefully on February 17, 2016, surrounded by family, at the age of 95 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Peter. Frances is survived by her sister, Kathleen; children, Michael (Gwen), Pamela (Remi), Jim (Serena); 3 grandchildren, Shawn, Jennifer and Paige; as well as extended family and friends. Frances was born in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. She was the 7th child of Michael and Ida Lemmerick. Frances and her sister travelled to BC where she met Peter while working in a small fishing village called Bones Bay. They set their roots in Burnaby and then moved to Abbotsford. In her last years she always talked about going home to the farm. ÌýThe family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Menno Hospital for the wonderful care and compassion they showed her.
