BUSCHMANN - The family is very saddened to announce the premature death of Mr. Dale Buschmann 50 years of Humboldt on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at Humboldt District Hospital. Dale was born on January 11, 1962 the youngest child of Arthur and Hedy (nee Bernhard) Buschmann in Humboldt. He obtained all of his education at Muenster School. He later received his Journeyman Electrical Certificate. He was always very proud of his accomplishments and always was know for his great work and attention to detail. The role of a father was very special to Dale, he was always very proud of his two daughters and their accomplishments. He spent as much time as possible with them gaining a memorable relationship. Dale moved to BC and obtained employment. This is where he met the love of his life Stephanie Bathurst. From the moment they met they were inseparable, enjoying every minute they could spend together. On October 27, 2007 they were married in Humboldt surrounded by their family. They moved to Saskatoon to be closer to his family. He worked for Danrich Controls. Dale was very excited to move back home to Humboldt and be there for his mother. In September 2011 Dale and Stephanie moved home. He was very content and happy to be here and help his mother. Dale loved people and loved to laugh, when he entered a room laughter filled the room. He spent time fishing with friends, water skiing on many lakes in and near Kelowna, BC. He had an amazing love for music of all kinds, but Nickelback was his #1 favourite. In fact he was planning to take guitar lessons this year with the guitar Stephanie gave him for Christmas. Dale and Stephanie were a great couple she loved to cook and he absolutely loved her tasty creations. There was one other love he shared and that was for his cat "Cosmo"! In February 2012 Dale became ill and has been hospitalized until present. Dale will always be remembered by the three "L's" "Live Laugh Love" as he did all of them to excess. Dale's wonderful laughter will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Stephanie of Humboldt; daughters: Krista (Darcy) and Kaylen, all of Airdrie, AB; mother Hedy of Humboldt; brother Jim (Eileen) and family, Jerri (Kenton) and Jacki (Sean), all of Red Deer, AB and sister Linda (Larry) of Saskatoon and Tricia (Liam) of Toronto. Dale has been predeceased by his father Arthur Buschmann. A Private Family Celebration of Life was held at Malinoski & Danyluik Funeral Home, officiated by Jenny Irwin. Interment followed at Humboldt Public Cemetery. Memorial donations in Dale's memory may be directed to Humboldt & District SPCA. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to MALINOSKI & DANYLUIK FUNERAL HOME Humboldt, SK.
