Clem passed away in Saskatoon at the age of 88 years. Clem is lovingly remembered by his children Juanita (Gordon) Hawkins; Randolph (Jacoba Dixon) Koob; Alan (Donna Gossen-Koob) Koob; Eric (Debbie Craig) Koob; Louella (Wayne) Pethrick; and Betty-Anne (Kevin) Filan and 12 grandchildren. He will be missed by his siblings: Louis Koob, Louise Stang, Frank Koob and Cecilia McGrath. Clem was predeceased by his parents Dominic and Anna (Hinz) Koob of Meacham, Sask.; wife Clara (Hofmann) and daughter Marina; siblings Leona Boyle, Tony Koob, Stella Loehr and Daniel Koob. Clem attended St. Peter's College at Muenster, SK, where he learned to quote Shakespeare. He had an aptitude for designing mechanical solutions to problems and was an inventor of farm equipment. He enjoyed fishing with family and friends while pontificating on things that were 鈥滽oobacetic鈥�. We wish to thank his dear friend Lil Holowaty and the Staff and residents at Ilarion Residence for their support and care. A memorial service will be held at St. Peters Cathedral in Muenster, SK at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to St. John Bosco Camp. Arrangements entrusted to MARTENS WARMAN FUNERAL HOME.
