Two individuals located after reports of missing persons

RCMP Report – Oct. 10-16

Unity Report

RCMP received a complaint of fraud. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members transported the subject of the complaint to Battlefords Union Hospital for assessment.

Members received a complaint of a stolen truck in a rural area near Luseland. This matter is still under investigation.

RCMP received another complaint of fraud but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Police received a report of disturbing the peace. Members patrolled but could not locate the subjects of the complaint.

There were also three traffic complaints and one false 911 call.

Wilkie Report

RCMP received a complaint of fraud. This matter is still under investigation.

Members are investigating a complaint of theft.

Police received another complaint of fraud but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

RCMP received a request from a landlord to assist with an eviction notice.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint.

Members acted as mediators between a landlord and a tenant.

RCMP issued a 72-hour roadside suspension during a traffic stop.

Police are investigating a complaint of harassing communications.

Members received a request to keep the peace while an individual retrieved personal property from a residence.

There were also two traffic complaints.

Macklin Report

RCMP received a report of a two-vehicle collision in Macklin. There were no injuries. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a complaint of an individual not complying with release order conditions. This matter is still under investigation.

A 42-year-old man from Macklin was charged with assault after members received a complaint of assault.

RCMP received a report of an individual following a child. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a report of a two-vehicle collision in Macklin. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

There was also one false 911 call and one false alarm.

Oct. 17-23

Unity Report

RCMP received a report of theft of fuel from a local gas station. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint.

A 32-year-old Unity man was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and operation while prohibited during a traffic stop.

Members are investigating a fraud complaint.

RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence in a rural area near Senlac. This matter is still under investigation.

Members assisted an individual who was accidentally locked out of a residence.

Police received a complaint of an individual throwing eggs at a vehicle but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

RCMP received a report of trespassing at a farm in a rural area near Unity. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a complaint of a suspicious individual in Unity. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint. No police action was required.

Members received a report of dogs running loose in Scott. This matter is still under investigation.

RCMP received a report of a missing person. The individual was located.

Police received a report of an abandoned vehicle north of Senlac. The vehicle had been stolen from the Luseland area. This matter is still under investigation.

There were also two traffic complaints.

Wilkie Report

RCMP received a report of an individual driving while impaired. Members patrolled but could not locate the subject of the complaint.

There was also one false alarm.

Macklin Report

RCMP received a report of a missing person. The individual was located.

A 62-year-old man was charged with operation while prohibited and failure to stop after an accident after members received a complaint of a hit and run causing damage to a vehicle.

Police received a report of a single-vehicle rollover near Primate. There were no injuries and no charges were laid. Reported for insurance purposes.

There were also two false alarms.
