YORKTON - Â鶹´«Ã½AV Asian culture took centre stage at this week’s June Community Days.
The evening’s entertainment included Deepa Krishnamoorthy who sang the national song ‘Vande Mataram’ which is a ode to Motherland, and Abanti Banerjee who did a classical dance performance called ‘Ranga Pravesham‘ which means an invitation to the stage to enjoy the event.
The weekly event on Thursday's throughout June is held in City Central Park and is hosted by the Yorkton Business Improvement District.
The final Community Days event will be held June 29.
