Cut Knife RCMP reports for the weeks of Sept. 9 to 15 and Sept. 16 to 22.

Sept. 9 - 15

RCMP received a report of a missing person. The individual was located.

Members received a complaint of theft but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

RCMP received a complaint of an intoxicated individual at a residence. Members transported the subject of complaint to cells to remain until sober.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

Members received a report of an unwanted individual at a residence. The subject of complaint left the premises. The complainant declined to proceed.

RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. The subject of complaint was transported by Emergency Medical Services to Battlefords Union Hospital for assessment.

Police received a complaint of an intoxicated individual at a residence. Members transported the subject of complaint to cells to remain until sober.

Members received a complaint of an individual damaging residential property. This matter is still under investigation.

RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a complaint of an individual damaging residential property. This matter is still under investigation.

A youth was charged with break and enter with intent, assault with weapon, theft under $5,000 and fail to comply with probation order and another youth was charged with break and enter with intent, assault with weapon, mischief and fail to comply with probation order after members received a complaint of assault.

Members attended the sudden death of a 96-year-old female from the Cut Knife area. The death was not suspicious in nature.

RCMP received a complaint of an intoxicated individual in public. The subject of complaint was transported by members to cells to remain until sober.

Members are investigating a complaint of theft.

Police received a report of trespassing. Members patrolled but could not locate the subject of complaint.

A 36-year-old female from Cut Knife was charged with fail to comply with release order condition after members received a complaint of an individual breaching a release order.

Members received a complaint of assault, but it was unfounded.

Sept. 16 - 22

RCMP received a complaint of an individual damaging property at a business. This matter is still under investigation.

Members are investigating a complaint of sexual assault.

Police received a complaint of a two-vehicle collision.  There were no injuries. One vehicle failed to remain at the scene of the collision. Insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members acted as mediators in a dispute between two adults.

RCMP received a complaint of an intoxicated individual at a residence. The subject of complaint left the premises. Members patrolled but could not locate the subject of complaint.

Police received a complaint of an individual damaging a vehicle. Insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members received a request to attend a residence with Animal Protective Services.

RCMP received a complaint of breach of peace. Members spoke to the complainant.

A 31-year-old male with no fixed address was charged with obstruct peace officer and fail to comply with probation order after members received a complaint of disturbing the peace.

Police received a complaint of an intoxicated individual in public. Members transported the subject of complaint to cells to remain until sober.

RCMP received a report of a vehicle fire. This matter is still under investigation.

Members received a drug trafficking complaint, but it was unfounded.

Police received a complaint of a stolen truck, but it was unfounded.

Members acted as mediators in a neighbour dispute.

RCMP spoke to an individual regarding a family disagreement.

CN Police reported cattle near the train tracks by Marsden. Members attended but could not locate the animals.

Members executed an arrest warrant at the request of Saskatoon Police Service.

Police received a report of an abandoned vehicle. Members contacted the registered owner who agreed to move the vehicle.

RCMP received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

A 21-year-old female from North Battleford was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and operation while prohibited during a traffic stop.

RCMP received a complaint of an individual damaging a vehicle. Insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members issued a 72-hour roadside suspension during a traffic stop.

RCMP received a report of unsafe storage of a firearm, but it was unfounded.

Police attended a vehicle collision with a shed. The subject of complaint was transported by Emergency Medical Services to Battlefords Union Hospital.

Members attended the sudden death of a 63-year-old male from Poundmaker First Nation. The death was not suspicious in nature.

A 34-year-old male from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with fail to comply with undertaking condition after members located him breaching an undertaking.

RCMP received a complaint of assault, but it was unfounded.

Police received another complaint of assault, but it was also unfounded.

Members served court documents to an individual in the detachment area at the request of another RCMP Detachment.

Police located an intoxicated individual in public. Members transported the subject of complaint to cells to remain until sober.

Members received a report of a missing person. The individual was located.

RCMP received a complaint of an intoxicated individual at a residence. Members attended but the subject of complaint was sleeping. No further police action required.
