Cut Knife RCMP lay charges after locating an abandoned vehicle

Charges included possession of break-in instruments, methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl and a firearm on two individuals.

Cut Knife Reports

RCMP received a report of careless use of a firearm but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

A 25-year-old male from Little Pine First Nation was charged with possession of property obtained by crime after Members received a complaint of break and enter at a residence.

Police received a complaint of an individual not complying with a probation order. This matter is still under investigation.

A 52-year-old male from Regina was charged with failure to comply with a probation order after Members located him living at a residence not approved by Community Corrections.

RCMP received a complaint of an intoxicated individual in a public place. Members transported the subject of a complaint to cells to remain until sober. 

Members are investigating a complaint of theft.

Police received a complaint of harassing communications but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

A 38-year-old male from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with resisting a peace officer after fleeing from Members.

RCMP received a complaint of an individual failing to comply with an undertaking condition but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

A 26-year-old male from Little Pine First Nation was charged with failing to comply with a probation order and a 34-year-old male from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with failing to comply with a release order condition after Members located both individuals breaching a curfew condition.

Police received a complaint of an individual kicking a residence door. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint.

A 41-year-old male from Edmonton was charged with failing to comply with a release order condition after Members conducted a well-being check at the request of another RCMP Detachment.

Members received a complaint of an individual not complying with a release order condition. This matter is still under investigation.

A 49-year-old man from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, careless use of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and flight from a peace officer. A 26-year-old man from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, careless use of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, flight from a peace officer, weapon possession contrary to order and failing to comply with a probation order A 26-year-old woman from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, careless use of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, flight from a peace officer and failure to comply with a release order condition during a traffic stop.

RCMP received a complaint of uttering threats. This matter is still under investigation.

A 52-year-old male from Cut Knife was charged with failure to comply with a release order condition and mischief after Members received a report of an individual breaching a condition of his release order.

Members received a complaint of an individual failing to comply with a probation order. This matter is still under investigation.

RCMP received a complaint of a stolen vehicle. This matter is still under investigation.

Members received a complaint of disturbing the peace. The complainant declined to proceed.

A 27-year-old male from Neilburg was charged with assault after Member received a complaint of assault.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint.

A 51-year-old male from Little Pine First Nation was charged with resisting a peace officer when Members attempted to execute an outstanding warrant.

Members received a complaint of an individual not complying with a release order condition. This matter is still under investigation.

RCMP received a complaint of fraud. This matter is still under investigation.

A 51-year-old male from Little Pine First Nation was charged with assault causing bodily harm and failing to comply with release order condition after Members received a complaint of assault.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members transported the subject of the complaint to Battlefords Union Hospital for assessment.

A 40-year-old female from Saskatoon was charged with break and enter, mischief, and failure to comply with undertaking conditions after members received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence.

Members are investigating a complaint of sexual assault.

RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint.

Police received a complaint of theft. This matter is still under investigation.

A youth was charged with failing to comply with a release order condition after Members located them breaching a curfew condition.

Members received a complaint of assault but it was unfounded.

A 25-year-old man from Little Pine First Nation was charged with failing to comply with an undertaking condition after a member conducted a curfew check.

A 31-year-old man from Sweetgrass First Nation was charged with possession of property obtained by crime, possessing break-in instruments, weapons possession contrary to an order, possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl and unauthorized possession of a firearm after members located an abandoned vehicle. A 21-year-old woman from Sweetgrass First Nation was also charged with possession of property obtained by crime, possessing break-in instruments, possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl and unauthorized possession of a firearm in the same incident.

A 55-year-old woman from Poundmaker First Nation was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle during a traffic stop.

RCMP received a report of a fire. Members advised the complainant that it was a controlled burn.

A 35-year-old male from Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation was charged with assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, uttering threats, breaking and trespassing at night after Members received a weapons complaint.

Police received a complaint of uttering threats. The complainant declined to proceed.

RCMP received a complaint of a stolen vehicle but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members acted as mediators in a family dispute.

RCMP received a request to assist Regina Police Service by obtaining a statement.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. The subject of the complaint was transported by Emergency Medical Services to Battlefords Union Hospital for assessment.

Members received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence but it was unfounded.

RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Member confirmed the subject of the complaint was in the care of a family member. No further police action required.

Members received a report of a dog hit by a vehicle. The animal owner took the animal to the vet.

Police received a complaint of breach of peace. Two individuals were lodged in cells to remain until sober.

A 53-year-old female from Cut Knife was charged with assault after Members received a complaint of assault.

RCMP received a complaint of disturbing the peace but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members acted as mediators in a dispute between two adults.

Police received a complaint of assault but the complainant declined to proceed.

Members are investigating a complaint of fraud.

RCMP received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence. Members transported the subject of the complaint to another residence.

Members received a request to assist Emergency Medical Services with a patient.

There were also twelve traffic complaints, four false alarms and one false 911 call.
