399 Stirling Royal Canadian Air Cadets held their 56th annual ceremonial review. Awards included Most Proficient First Year Cadet – Jackson Winterhalt, Most Proficient Cadet below rank of Sergeant – Sarah Parkinson and Most Proficient Cadet at rank of Sergeant or above – Dustin Van Seggelen. Marksmanship awards went to Tad Quincy, junior, and Donald Winterhalt, senior.
