Town of Luseland sees a change on town council

Only two council members re-elected to Town of Luseland chambers with acclaimed mayor, Kathy Wurz.

Town of Luseland announces re-election for two council members following election

LUSELAND—With 173 voters casting their ballots, the Town of Luseland will see more new faces in council chambers.

Mark Lannigan received the most votes at 154, followed by re-elected council member Matt Siwack at 146. Candice Kraft, principal at the Kerrobert Composite School earned 141 votes while Chad Levitt gained 139 votes. Bobbie Elliott received 134 votes and Rianne Bozzard filled the last seat with 98 votes. Dwaine Scheuerman was unable to secure a spot on council with 89 votes.

Kathy Wurz was also acclaimed as Luseland’s mayor for another term prior to election day.
