SASKATOON – Saskatoon police renewed its request for tips in the murder of 46-year-old Delbert James Desjarlais in 2004. Saskatoon police investigators are asking for public help to bring closure to Desjarlais’ family.
At approximately 9:40 p.m., Aug. 23, 2004, Saskatoon police were dispatched to a residence in the 800 block of Avenue F North after it was reported a person had been located deceased. An autopsy confirmed that Desjarlais was the victim of a stabbing.
Investigators are asking anyone who may have information on the death of Delbert James Desjarlais to come forward. Those with information can contact Saskatoon Police at 306-975-8300, or if they wish to remain anonymous, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
