Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Saskatoon, driver ticketed

The woman received non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital by paramedics as a precaution.

SASKATOON – A 42-year-old woman was sent to hospital Thursday after being hit by a vehicle. The woman was a pedestrian at the intersection of 24th Street East and 3rd Avenue North.

She received non-life-threatening injuries and taken to hospital by paramedics as a precaution.

The driver of the vehicle was issued a ticket for failing to yield to a pedestrian.
