P. A. police investigate homicide

The Prince Albert Police Service Criminal Investigations Division and Forensic Identification Section continue to investigate.

PRINCE ALBERT – Police say they are investigating the death of 56-year-old Sheldon Mannix as a homicide.

Just before noon on Oct. 25, Prince Albert Police Service officers responded to the 1000 block of Branion Drive for a welfare check. They found him deceased.

Police and the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service began an investigation and an autopsy was completed on Oct. 27. The Prince Albert Police Service can confirm the death is now being investigated as a homicide. The Criminal Investigations Division and Forensic Identification Section continue to investigate.
