The Executive Administrative Assistant to the Superintendents of Education will provide administrative support for and under the direction of the Superintendents of Education. SNCDSB is seeking an individual who has:
鈼 Degree or diploma in Business/Office Administration;
鈼 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role;
鈼 Knowledge and/or experience with accounting;
鈼 Exceptional attention to detail;
鈼 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
鈼 Ability to conduct research and create reports and presentations;
鈼 Excellent time management and organizational skills;
鈼 Ability to learn quickly and take initiative;
鈼 Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion;
鈼 Digitally capable and current in 21st-century technologies and computer skills;
鈼 Knowledge and experience using google platform is preferred;
鈼 Multi-tasking skills;
鈼 Ability to meet deadlines; and
鈼 School Board knowledge and/or experience is preferred.
The successful candidate will:
鈼 Undergo a successful police records check with vulnerable sector screening;
鈼 Attend Professional Development training as per Board requirements and
鈼 Successful Completion of all Safety training courses
