Position Overview:
The selected candidate will oversee and execute on all aspects of interior renovation projects, providing hands-on expertise in various areas while leading and coordinating the team. This role is perfect for someone experienced in renovations who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating with clients, and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute interior renovation projects from start to finish.
• Install insulation, drywall, and handle drywall taping, mudding, and finishing with expertise.
• Perform interior carpentry, including flooring, trim, and baseboard installations.
• Execute efficient and professional interior painting.
• Complete Kitchen renovations including sink and tap installations, cabinetry and countertops.
• Complete Bathroom Renovations, including plumbing alterations, vanity, tub and shower installs.
• Install a variety of ceramic and porcelain tile and associated materials to wall and ceiling surfaces.
• Lead, train, and coordinate team members to ensure efficient and quality project delivery.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing questions and updates, and representing the company professionally.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of both the client and company standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in all aspects of interior renovations, including insulation, drywall finishing, carpentry, flooring, trim, baseboards, and painting.
• Strong project time management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain clear and professional client interactions.
• Ability to problem-solve, adapt to challenges, and maintain quality under deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
