The Halton Newcomer Strategy is a community-based collaborative group working to ensure Halton is a welcoming, inclusive and supportive community in which newcomers can live, work and thrive. As part of these efforts, we want to ensure that newcomers, longstanding community members and stakeholders all have a voice in the work we do.
