SANDY BEACH - The discs were flying Saturday as Sandy Beach on Good Spirit Lake hosted its ninth annual Sandy Beach Open tournament.
This year 28 golfers took to the nine-basket course for two rounds of action.
In the end the men’s champ was Yorkton’s Travis Findlay with a score of 60.
Katelyn Butz topped the ladies with a score of 67.
Kelly Butz had the men’s longest drive, and Katelyn Butz the ladies’.
Carrie Hill took the ladies’ closest to the pin, with Derek Macdonald with men’s.
