Joseph Andrew Yemen, born January 11, 1960, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at home in Yorkton, SK. Joe was the sixth child of the late David and Mary Yemen. He worked for Canada Safeway for 20 years, at Liquidation World for 13 years and, most recently, at the Royal Canadian Legion in Yorkton. He is survived by three sisters, Fran Andreychuk (Kash) of Yorkton, Linda Yemen of Nanaimo, BC, Dorothy Bell (Scott) of New Westminster, BC; two brothers, Peter (Sharon) Yemen of Saskatoon and Bill (Roberta) Yemen of Langley, BC; numerous nephews and nieces and his beloved cat Foot Foot. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Christie's Funeral Home, 121 Palliser Way, Yorkton.
