Ronald Steininger, September 19, 1946 - November 25, 2012. On Sunday, November 25, 2012, Ronald Steininger passed away at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre with his family & friend by his side at the age of 66. The funeral service will be held in the Grenfell United Church, Grenfell, SK, on Friday, November 30, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. David Maxwell officiating. Interment of cremated remains at a later date. Predeceased by parents Reinhold and Violet; son Trevor; and his brother and sisters: Lorrie Steininger, Shirley Steininger, Donna Schutz, Irene Gerhardt and Linda (McCready) Martel. Ronald is survived by his son Jason (Kerrie) Steininger, Yorkton, SK and their family Justin, Kamryn and Reese; daughter-in-law Rhonda Kapell, Windthorst, SK and her family Harley (Brandon), Brooke and Ashley; his friend Darlene Allary and his brothers and sister: Gordon (Arlene) Steininger, Regina, Doug (Sandra) Steininger, Melville, Darwin Steininger, Salmo, B.C., Calvin (Sandra) Steininger, Yorkton and Wendy Warner (Hugh), Mill Bay, B.C. He is also survived by brother-in-law Ralph Gerhardt, Balgonie, SK as well as his numerous nieces and nephews.
