SCOLLNIK -- John "Jack" Peacefully on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at the age of 90. Predeceased by his long time friend and love of his life Ruth Morgan, parentsMichael and Mary (nee Warcominka), brothers Joseph, Bill (Martha), Peter, Michael, sisters Evelyn (Basil) and Anne. Survived by his brother Walter (Colleen) and sisters-in-law Helen and Audrey. Jack will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends and family were received at the Glendale Visitation Centre (1810 Albion Road, Etobicoke, ON) 416.679.1803 on Friday, October 5, 2012 from 12-1pm. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 5th, 2012 in the Glendale Chapel at 1pm, followed by the interment. In Jack's memory donations may be made to theCanadian Cancer Society.
