Jason Micheal Ruf. The unexpected passing of Jason occurred at his residence in Vancouver on May 24, 2014. Jason was 37 years of age. He was born in Saskatoon and lived in Vancouver for the past 20 years. Jason is survived by his father Larry (Doreen) Ruf of Saskatoon, his mother Patricia Hamilton of Vancouver, his sister Kristie and her daughter, Lucy, of Vancouver, his step-sister Shawna (Drew) Simpson of Saskatoon and his step-brother Shannon (Liza) Simpson of Saskatoon plus numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation. There will be no funeral service, however, a private family memorial will be held at a later date.
