On September 10, 2014, Leanne Marie Kindiak passed away bravely yet peacefully at the age of twenty-seven, following a tragic car accident. Leanne loved to dance and sing karaoke and was a huge animal lover. We can't forget her love of iced coffee from McDonald's. Leanne enjoyed her visits to the farm to see her dad and Marion; fishing with her brother Wayne and goofing off with her sister JoJo. Family and friends were at the center of Leanne's life and her memory will be cherished by numerous relatives and friends from all over. We will miss Leanne's smile, warm gentle personality, loving spirit, friendship and of course her sense of humour. Leanne will be lovingly remembered and missed by her family; father Ken (Marion) Kindiak; brother Wayne (Jenni) Kindiak and niece Alisa; sister Jolene Kindiak; uncle Wayne (Penny) Bugera and cousins Kelsey (Tyson) and Tyler; auntie Cheryl (Lee) West and cousins Taiden and Teanna as well as many relatives and best friends. Leanne was predeceased by her mother Sandy Kindiak and her grandparents Steve and Ethel Bugera and John and Ann Kindiak. "Although you will be missed; We all know that you are in Mom's hands." Prayer Services were held on Sunday, September 14, 2014 from the Chapel of Christie's Funeral Home in Yorkton, SK with Reverend Janet Sigurdson officiating. The Funeral Service was held on Monday, September 15, 2014, also from Christie's Funeral Home with Reverend Sigurdson officiating. Special taped music selections included "Arms of an Angel" by Sarah McLachlan, "When You Say Nothing at All" as sung by Leanne Kindiak, "Saturday Night" by Whigfield and "Kody" by Matchbox 20.
