Bryan Herbert Cross

Bryan Herbert Cross was born October 8, 1972 in Calgary, AB and left this earth on December 6, 2016 at the age of 44 years. He leaves behind to mourn his passing, his parents, Herb and Jean Cross; a son, Zachary; sister, Cheryl (Jody); brothers, Sean (Terri) and Jason; niece, Jillian and nephews, Riley, Kellen and Reid; grandma, Nina Cross; many aunts, uncles and cousins and a large circle of friends. Bryan spent most of his childhood in the Bredenbury and Wroxton area. He grew up playing hockey and looked forward to every November when he, his Dad and brothers would go deer hunting. In 1990 he graduated from High School and then began his life of wandering. He had many jobs over the years, but his heart always belonged to the elevator. He loved socializing with the farmers as he was a born negotiator. His career choices led him to jobs and homes in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. In later years, Bryan grew to love camping and travelling and would never turn down a good golf game. His last few years he became quite a good handyman and was extremely proud of the renovations at the Leipzig Serenity Retreat, which became a second home and the people, a second family to him. The family would like to thank Ardyth and her staff at Leipzig for all their support and love given to Bryan the last three years. A memorial barbecue will be held to celebrate Bryan's life on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at his parents' farm near Wroxton, SK. Friends so wishing may forward their condolences to the family by visiting . Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Christie's Funeral Home & Crematorium, Yorkton, Saskatchewan.
