Peter Basarsky. October 22, 1943 - August 31, 2015. Dr. Peter Basarsky died in Calgary, AB on Monday, August 31, 2015 at the age of 71 years. Born October 22, 1943 in Yorkton, SK. Peter lived in Yorkton and Moose Jaw and retired to Okotoks, AB in recent years to be near his son. Peter spent his livelihood working as a dentist in Moose Jaw until retiring in 2009. A loving father, highly skilled bridge player, avid gardener and wood worker, Peter will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Peter was survived by his son, Bill Basarsky (Wife, Erin) and his stepchildren Jon and Patricia Hort.
