Mr. Helmut Aichele beloved husband of Iris Aichele, of Yorkton, formerly of the Otthon district passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2014. He was eighty two years of age. Helmut leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife Iris; three children, Sharon Airress of Sylvan Lake, Diane (John) Marshall of Dauphin and Kevin Aichele of Winnipeg; seven grandchildren, one great grandson; two brothers, Ed (Joyce) Aichele and Irwin (Esther) Aichele; one sister, Alice (Cecil) Geiger; two sister-in-laws, Emma Aichele of Langley, BC and June Aichele of Calgary as well as numerous nieces, nephews relatives and friends. Helmut was predeceased by his mother, Huldena, father William, brothers, Alfred, Alvin and Walter; two sisters, Lorraine and Selma, sister-in-law Dorothy Aichele and brother-in-law Harland Geiger. A visitation for family and friends will be held today from 7 - 9 p.m. at the Yorkton Memorial Gardens Family Centre. Funeral Services will be held tomorrow, Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. from the Yorkton Memorial Gardens Family Centre. Interment will follow in the family plot in the Garden of St. Matthew in the Yorkton Memorial Gardens. Memorials in memory of Helmut may be made to the Theodore Health Centre or to the Gideons International as gifts of remembrance. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bailey's Funeral Home.
