OUTLOOK - The outdoor market held in the campground of the Outlook & District Regional Park this past weekend brought out a big crowd of people who were interested in local wares and seeing what's being created and sold within the riverside community.
Held on Saturday, May 11, the event was centered around Mother's Day, and no doubt a sizable number of attendees were looking for something special to buy Mom for her special day on Sunday.
Showcasing a number of local businesses and spirited entrepreneurs, the event was a big success with consistent foot traffic.
The event came off as a type of precursor to the upcoming Prairie Festival, which will definitely see heavy foot traffic around Outlook when it arrives on Friday, May 24.
