OUTLOOK - Pizza seems to be all the rage in Outlook, as a new business offering up pies of all types has opened up shop on Saskatchewan Avenue.
Great Prairie Pizza just opened for business earlier this month in the small building located at the fourway stop in town. The former business was a pizza joint as well, meaning that location's destiny is to perhaps forever be a place for Outlook and area residents to order slices and pies.
A franchise business with another location in Langham, the owners and operators of the Outlook shop are Asian proprietors Zheng Yi Gong and Xue Dong Zhuang, whose English names are Ethan and Mary, respectively. Also working alongside them is a local Outlook resident, Nevaeh Senek, who takes orders for the two pizza cooks.
With pizza being an obvious mainstay in Outlook, it remains to be seen what other culinary offerings may be on the menu in 2025 for the riverside community.
