OUTLOOK - With another school year starting back up next week, that also means that a number of sports are going to be kicking off for their respective seasons.
One of those sports is six-man football, which routinely gets underway with the start of every new academic year in the fall.
This year, the teams of the Outlook Blues and the LCBI Bisons are joining forces to form one squad in Conference 6 action. The locals join four other rosters from Clavet, Biggar, Plenty, and Rosetown in the division.
LCBI athletic director Leah Rusk hopes to see plenty of support for the team that combines the skills of athletes from both schools.
"LCBI and OHS are doing a joint sponsorship team for football this year," she said. "We tried last year, but Covid got in the way. So the schedule is for both teams. OHS will host their home game on September 23 and LCBI will have the home game October 7!"

Friday, September 23 - Outlook hosts Biggar 4:00 pm at Outlook High School
Thursday, September 29 - Outlook @ Rosetown 7:00 pm
Friday, October 7 - Outlook hosts Plenty 4:00 pm at LCBI High School
