Dear Editor:
As a tax payer in the city of Yorkton I would like to know why I have a recycling charge on my water bill and now have to pay for plastic bags to have the recyclable products picked up?
What was wrong with the bins that we already have paid for? With this decision more paper and recycables will be going to the land fill. It does not seem fair that we pay extra for pick up and the clear bags as well.
I am curious to know how everyone else feels about this?
