The Yorkton UCT Terriers AA bantam hockey club went 2-2 in a tournament in Prince Albert on December 7 through 9. They lost 3-2 to the Sask Valley Snipers in the A semi-finals to wrap up their tourney.
The Sacred Heart senior boys basketabll team went 0-3 in a Caronport tournament on December 7 through 8. They kicked off the tourney with a 57-67 loss to Moosomin. On Saturday they fell 52-64 to Balgonie, followed by a 56-52 loss to Indian Head.
The Yorkton Regional High School senior boys basketball team mustered one win in three contests in a Saskatoon tournament on December 7 and 8. They lost 56-70 in their first game to Aden Bowman of Saskatoon, followed by a 52-70 loss to St. Mary's. They capped off the tournament on a bright note, beating North Battleford 64-32.
