In June I had the opportunity to review the Credo the first Professional Disc Golf Association approved discs to be manufactured in Germany.
From Crosslap in Germany the Credo was a solid putter entry into the sport.
Now the first German manufacturer of golf discs from that country is back with the Lucky, a conventional mid range offering.
There are a lot of really solid mid range discs on the market these days, and you can certainly add the Lucky to the list.
The Lucky has a nice straight-edged lip which really gives you maximum finger to disc contact and that enhances both range and confidence when using the disc.
The Lucky has the usual fade of most mid ranges, one which with a bit of practice with the disc is a predictable one you can play the course with. The disc reacts pretty much as you would expect in most situations heading up to the basket.
In combo with the Credo, Crosslap has a solid offering for players.
The good news too is Crosslap has announced it will produce a driver by year's end called the Incubus. If it matches their earlier discs in performance it will be a very solid trio.
