      The 1996 graduating class from Sturgis Composite High School hosted a 20-year anniversary on July 23 with 17 of 46 members in attendance.
           Classmates gathered for brief registration prior to a tour of the Sturgis School, said Kristen Peterson. “After the tour, we met at Rawhides in Stenen for supper and enjoyed visiting and taking in the summer festivities.
“We are hoping to have a 25-year reunion with more classmates, hopefully being able to attend."
           Members in attendance were: Kris Olson, Garth Sliva, Dallas Hydamake, Shawn Krotenko, Jeremy Lenych, Lisa Lizotte (Fiallkowski), Leslie Yufrym, Jamie Lario, Misty Peterson (Romanchuk), Tracy Greba (Karcha), Melanie Kidder (Strand), Amanda Jacques (Gerbrant), Joni Smith, Kristen Peterson (Babiuk), Christine Braithwaite (Strijak), Melody O'Hare and Tricia Dixon (Sikorski).
           Classmates came from Oklahoma, Regina, Edmonton, Northern BC, Saskatoon, Prince Rupert, Sturgis and Preeceville.
