The 2016-17 school year is to begin for teachers on August 29 and for students regular cases will begin on September 1.
There are two new members who will join the Preeceville School staff and one new member at the Sturgis Composite High School.
Preeceville School
New on the teaching staff at the Preeceville School are Alicia Longman, Allyson RockÌý and Brittany Balawyder (education assistant).
With Douglas King as principal and Kent Seerey, vice-principal, other members of the teaching staff are: Laurie Antonichuk, Laura Chartrand, Leslie DeRuiter, Sarah DeRuiter, William Dodge, Calla Erickson, Cary Franklin, Donna Hamilton, Leslea Hanson, Tonilee Lario nee Sefton, Sheila Klebeck, Heidi Paterson, Bonnie Lisitza, Meghan Morton, Arlene Prestie, Nathan Seghers, , Erin Stolar.
Laura Sliva is the administrative assistant.
Educational assistants are: Chlorisa Erickson, Lisa Guliak, Rachael Kashuba, Ivy Krauss, Denise Olson and Merle Townsend, (on leave).
Sharon Bileski is the library technician.
On the custodial staff are Marilyn Johannesson and Patricia Wiwcharuk.
Sturgis Elementary School
Allyson Grywacheski is the one new teacher at the Sturgis Elementary School.
With Brad Cameron as principal and Kipp Bayer, vice-principal, other members of the teaching staff at the Sturgis Elementary School are: Carla Lewis, Carla Olson, Tara Romanchuk, Nathan Seghers, and Lisa Serdachny.

Sheila Meroniuk and Levi Young are the educational assistants.
Katrina Wasylenchuk is the library technician.
Karen Boen and Adeline Mills are on the custodial staff.
Sturgis Composite High School
With Cameron as principal and Bayer as vice-principal, other members of the teaching staff at the Sturgis Composite High School are: Michael Andrusko, Meghan Clancy, Sherry Lesser, Carla Lewis, Kristen Peterson, Kelsey Seerey and NathanÌý Seghers.
