It will allow students to see how vegetables can be used in a meal setting. Through the summer the community council members were responsible for weeding and watering. We were fortunate that we had the right amount of rainfall that it required very little watering. The wood chip mulch helped to keep in the moisture and some of weeds out,鈥 she said.
