SASKATOON — An investigation by the Saskatoon Police Service Crime Reduction Team has led to the arrests of three people and the seizure of drugs, cash and trafficking paraphernalia.
On Jan. 27, at approximately 11 p.m., CRT investigators along with patrol officers conducted a search warrant in the 1400 block of 11th Street West. As a result, a 37-year-old man, a 34-year-old woman and a 33-year-old woman were arrested without incident.
During the search, CRT Investigators seized 669.6 grams of methamphetamine, 52.1 grams of cocaine, $17,166.65 cash, and other paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking (including scales, cellphones, packaging and measuring equipment).
Both the 37-year-old man and 34-year-old woman are charged with drug trafficking x2 (cocaine and methamphetamine), possession of cocaine and methamphetamine, and possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000. The 34-year-old woman was also charged with breach of conditions.
The 33-year-old woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance x2 (cocaine and methamphetamine).
