Light tower stolen from Canora business

A light tower has been determined to have been stolen from a Canora business at the beginning of the new year. The Canora/Sturgis RCMP is requesting the public's assistance in finding a Magnum MLT5080 light tower.

This Magnum light tower has gone missing from Norway Road and the Canora RCMP is searching for information on suspects who may have stolen it.

            A light tower has been determined to have been stolen from a Canora business at the beginning of the new year.

            The Canora/Sturgis RCMP is requesting the public's assistance in finding a Magnum MLT5080 light tower. It was stolen sometime during the evening of December 31 and the morning of January 1 from a business located on Norway Road.

            The suspects likely hooked the light tower up to a vehicle in order to tow it away, said a statement from Sgt. Greg Smith.

            Those who have information on the incident may contact the Canora RCMP at (306) 563-4700, Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, or through Sasktel Mobility at *8477. Messages may be sent through text by sending TIP206 and a message to 274637 or online at .  Those who provide information may be eligible for a cash reward.
