Hockey action in full force in Preeceville

The Preeceville Pats hockey teams took to the ice in full force with the novices, peewees, atoms and bantams all playing home games. The peewee hockey team took on Wynyard on November 13.

            The Preeceville Pats hockey teams took to the ice in full force with the novices, peewees, atoms and bantams all playing home games.

            The peewee hockey team took on Wynyard on November 13. The game was lopsided with the Preeceville team defeating Wynyard with a final score of 10 to 3.

Scoring for Preeceville were: Kaiden Masley (three goals); Trever Geistinger (three goals); Seth Hort (two goals); Hudysn Nelson and Keannu Albarracin. Asssits were by Brynn Babiuk, Masley and Geistlinger.

            The atom hockey team took on the Cote Chiefs on November 15 with a final score of 11 to 1. Scoring for Preeceville were: Kimmuel Albarracin (three goals); Cole Masley (four goals); Cole Secundiak, Zander Purdy and Mason Babiuk (two goals).

            The novice hockey team faced off against the Canora Red Cobras on November 16 and ended the game with a 19 to 1 win. Scoring for the Pats were: Avyn Seerey (four goals); Bracyn Konkel (six goals); Carysn Galiz (two goals); Trae Peterson (six goals) and Luke Sandager. Assists were by Konkel, Sandager, Alex Neilson, Galiz and Peterson.

            The bantams played Kamsack on November 17 when the team scored a 12-to-0 shutout. Scoring for Preeceville were: Jakob Turchinetz (two goals); Dustin Shankowsky, Dylan Wiwcharuk (two goals), Zane Bayer (three goals); Shelby Wallin (two goals), Peyton Shewchuk and Jillian Tonn. Assists were by Wiwcharuk, Jacob Danyluk, Wallin, Christina Acosta and TJ Ebert.

            The bantams shut out the Moosomin Rangers on November 19 with a 10-to-0 win. Scoring for Preeceville were: Dylan Wiwcharuk (two goals); Carter Masley (two goals); Todd Pankratz, Shae Peterson, Jillian Tonn, Jakob Turchinetz and Dustin Shankowsky. Assists were by Elijah Hort, Seth Rayner, Shae Peterson, Dylan Wiwcharuk, Carter Masley, Zane Bayer and Jacob Danyluk.

            The Preeceville novices will host a home tournament on November 26 with six teams registered.
