BREDENBURY - Holiday train on this Wednesday

The town of Bredenbury sold offlights, cords, timers, etc. from the Christmas lights displays on Sat., Nov. 30, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. from the Town Hall Basement. The United Church Craft and Trade Show will take place upstairs. Lunch available.

The United Church Craft and Trade Show will take place upstairs. Lunch available. Everyone Welcome.

United Church Services at 10:20 a.m. for Dec. are 1st, 8th, and 15th. Dec. 22 will be the joint service in Bredenbury at 10:00 a.m. and choir will be doing their Christmas Music that Sunday. Everyone welcome. White Gift may be brought to church on the 8th and 15th. Non-perishable item or items suitable for Shelwin House.

Thanks to everyone who attended, donated, or helped in any way to a very successful noon luncheon last Wednesday at the Church. If someone picked up a pair of ladies black gloves by mistake at the luncheon, please contact L. McLachlan. They were left upstairs in one of the pews with their jacket. Would appreciate them returned.

Don't forget holiday train Dec. 4 at 12:40 p.m.Busy Bees will be serving soup & a bun, dessert & coffee after the performance. Everyone welcome.

Cougars played in Langenburg on Nov. 22, winning 4-2. Way to go. Next 2 games are away. Kipling, Nov. 29 and Esterhazy, Nov. 30.

Many folks took in the Grey Cup game & festivities in Regina on Sunday, while the rest watched it on TV at home. What a Game! Go Rider's Go!
