BREDENBURY - Craft show coming

Bredenbury Winter Lights held their first meeting for the season last week. It was decided to have light up on Dec. 1 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the Bredenbury Skating Rink. Mark your calendar and watch for more details.

Bredenbury Winter Lights held their first meeting for the season last week.

It was decided to have light up on Dec. 1 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the Bredenbury Skating Rink. Mark your calendar and watch for more details.

The Holiday Train will be stopping in Bredenbury on Mon., Dec. 5 at 11:30 a.m. Everyone welcome to attend and see this spectacular sight.

Donations will be going to the Salvation Army. Non-perishable items will be collected at this time.

Fundraisers for Winter Lights will be: Christmas tree raffle, food hampers, $1000 cash raffle to be held just before Christmas.

If you would like to sell any tickets please contact any of the Winter Lights people. They are always looking for help to put up lights around town and work bees. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated. Next light up meeting will be held on Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. at the Lion's Den. Everyone welcome. Come out and see what you can do to help, or bring some new ideas.

Get well wishes to Barb Jannett who had surgery in Regina last week.

Knox United Church will have their noon luncheon on Wed., Nov. 16 from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Everyone welcome. A black ladies glove was found at the church after the last luncheon. Contact Louise if you're missing a glove.

Don't forget the Craft show Nov. 26 in the Community Hall. Still a few tables left to rent. Call Margaret at 306-898-2122 or Louise 306-898-2034.

The Bredenbury's Lion's Club will hold a Remembrance Day service in the Community Hall at 10:45 a.m. on Fri., Nov. 11. Everyone welcome.

Minor Sports Fall Supper on Sun., Nov. 6 from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. in the Bredenbury Community Hall. Everyone Welcome. Take out orders available.

Brent & Lorna Hanson of High River, AB. visited with Alvin Hanson over the weekend.

Next blood pressure clinic at the Busy Bee Center is Wed., Nov. 2 from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

There will be a whist drive at Busy Bee's on Nov. 9 at 1:30 p.m. Come out and enjoy an afternoon of cards, lunch to follow.
