Church Services in Bredenbury United Church will be Dec. 8 & 15 at regular time 10:20 a.m. Dec. 22 will be the joint service in Bredenbury at 10:00 a.m. at which time the Choir will be doing their Christmas Eve Service, Dec. 24 at 7:30 p.m.

White gifts may be brought to the Church on Dec. 8 and 15. Non-perishable items or items suitable for Shelwin House or Salvation Army.

Deepest sympathy to the family and friends of the late Mike Hunter who passed away suddenly on Nov. 26, 2013. A gathering of friends and relatives was held at the Busy Bees on Sat. The Community and District offer their sympathy at this difficult time.

A very successful Trade & Craft Show sponsored by the United Church was held this past Saturday. Thanks to all who worked, donated, rented tables, attended or helped in any way. It was greatly appreciated. The Door prize, a Christmas wreath, was won by Brad Altwasser of Bredenbury.

Town of Bredenbury thanks all those who purchased lights, cords, timers and displays. There are a few left. Inquire if you want some!

Bredenbury Cougars won against Kipling 9-2 and Esterhazy won over Bredenbury 8-5 on Sat., Nov. 30. Next home game will be held in Churchbridge Sat., Dec. 7, 8:00 p.m. against Ochapowace. Come out and enjoy the game.

Congratulations to Teri & Janice Schwartz of Langenburg on the arrival of a baby girl. Proud grandparents are Gary & Michelle Campbell of Bredenbury.

Get well wishes to Keith Thorsness who had surgery last week at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina.
