KAMSACK - Grand representatives are ambassadors from one Eastern Star jurisdiction to another. The purpose of this appointment is to promote goodwill between the home jurisdiction and the appointed jurisdiction. Members will communicate via email, snail mail, phone calls, and when able to, visit their counterpart at their grand chapter session.
Three members of Hiawatha Chapter #47 in Kamsack were appointed as Grand Representatives. Sister Judy Stone, Worthy Matron, presented sister, Nancy Leeson, to Grand Representative of Wyoming in the grand jurisdiction of Saskatchewan, sister, Marjorie Orr, as Grand Representative of Ohio, in the grand jurisdiction of Saskatchewan, and sister, Kathleen Achtymichuk, Grand Representative of Iowa in the grand jurisdiction of Saskatchewan.
