Canora Junior Elementary students who excelled in the 2024 Royal Canadian Legion Remembrance Day Poster Contest were recently rewarded for their achievements. Kolson Skibinsky won first place in the coloured poster category, receiving $100. His poster will go on to compete at the Zones level.
Scarlett Jones won third place in the coloured poster category, with a prize of $50.
Rayleen Grace Young earned third place in the black-and-white poster category, receiving $50.
